At College Touchdown, we guarantee the quality of our products 100%. If we make an error or there is a defect, we will replace the item at no cost. However, we do not accept returns due to customer errors such as incorrect size, design, or color choices.

Refunds

We will replace your order if the product is flawed, the print quality is poor, or if it differs from what was represented on our site. To request a replacement, email [email protected] with photos of the issue. Our customer service team will review your claim. If approved, we will provide a replacement free of charge. For other requests not related to defects, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the refund is still missing after a reasonable time, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please email [email protected]. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
